The Nostrana Bresaola from Salumificio Sosio (which we present to you here as a slice of approximately 800 grams) is extremely pleasant on the palate for its tenderness and the sensation of meat that is still fresh, offering delightful flavors of juniper, pepper, and bay leaves.
An excellent product to enjoy as an appetizer with Turin grissini, on toasted crostini, or on still warm bread. It is also enjoyable in rolls with cheeses such as fresh or moderately aged goat cheeses.
The ideal pairing is with fresh white wines such as Lugana, Soave, Custoza, or Fiano.
