The Angus Bresaola from Quadro Carni e Salumi is a light and high-quality cured meat made from a very prized and sought-after meat for its flavor.

The Angus is a cattle breed originating from Scotland and is one of the most widely farmed breeds in the world. Its meat is characterized by being rich in marbling fat and very high in protein (at least 82%): this makes it tender and so sweet that it melts in the mouth, as well as very nutritious because it is rich in beneficial substances for our body.

Characteristics: salted, spiced beef topside, which is then aged. With a tender texture, it has a distinctive and markedly sweet flavor due to the marbling that sets it apart.
