This Prosciutto Crudo is produced by the Marini company in an artisanal manner. The meats come from 100% Italian pigs from the Po Valley and are then salted and aged for 18 months in appropriate cellars that breathe the air of the Carnic Alps and the natural aromas from juniper berries and other mountain herbs that are dried in the same rooms as the aging. It is a boneless ham excellent for slicing with a slicer but can also be placed on a cutting board for knife slicing.

Half boneless Marini Crudo Ham: use in the kitchen
Its color is an accentuated pink with a beautiful marbling and an elegant mottling. The meat is tender and very melt-in-the-mouth. Excellent balance between the sweetness of the fatty part, the savoriness of the meat's fiber, and the aroma from aging. A noble cold cut for deluxe aperitifs, paired with sparkling wines made using the traditional method and structured white wines. It is also excellent sliced thin and savored slowly until the meat completely dissolves on the palate.
