The traditional baked tarallini are made with three ingredients and reflect the baking tradition of Puglia to the fullest. It mainly consists of a ring of unleavened dough baked in the oven, and the dough is made of flour, water, wine, oil, and salt.
The Tarallini from Panificio Bufis are particularly tasty and unique in their kind. Made with flour obtained from noble grains of the Tavoliere delle Puglie, water, white wine, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and salt. Particularly crunchy, they have a lovely aroma of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a nice creaminess typical of these baked products on the palate.
