PROCESSING

The Franciacorta DOCG Brut Millesimato in a 750ml bottle perfectly accompanies elaborate dishes based on fish and white meats, for example, with sauces and broths, but without tomato.
TASTING
It has a color of full golden with a slight green hint, abundant foam and medium-fineness perlage. The aroma features hints of bread crust, biscuit, and dried fruit (toasted almond), joined by more delicate notes of golden apple and pear. The taste is very smooth and lingers long on the palate. The aftertaste is sharp and energetic. To be served not too cold, around 8 degrees.

Di colore giallo oro pieno con leggero accenno verde, spuma abbondante e perlage di media finezza. Del profumo spiccano sentori di crosta di pane, di biscotto, di frutta secca (mandorla tostata) affiancati da quelli più delicati di mela golden e pera. Il sapore è molto morbido e riempie a lungo il palato. Il retrogusto è sferzante e grintoso. Da servire non troppo freddo, sugli 8 gradi.
