Don Quijote Moscato di Scanzo Passito 375ml: use in the kitchen
The Don Quijote Moscato di Scanzo passito in a 375ml bottle is excellent with all dry pastries, especially with cookies, but above all with blue cheeses.
Tasting
The color is a deep but bright garnet red. The aroma offers fruity notes, with prevalent hints of marasca cherry, blackberry, and even almond, overshadowing the spiciness reminiscent of white pepper typical of the grape variety and the notes due to aging in wood, such as vanilla and menthol. The taste is sweet but not excessive, where the spicy perception becomes more pronounced in the mouth with notes of cinnamon and marasca in alcohol. The optimal serving temperature is around 16 degrees.
