The fresh goat cheese from Sardinia is made with milk from goats grazing among the classic Mediterranean scrub of Sardinia. It is aged for a maximum of 30 - 40 days, which gives it a particular creamy consistency inside and a very pleasant smell of fresh milk.
Pasteurized goat milk, calf rennet, microbial rennet, salt, lactic ferments.
