Gran Baby Goat Cheese 200g

The Gran Baby goat caciotta is a semi-hard table cheese with slight eyes, made entirely from goat's milk. 

Produced for a short maturation period, about 45-60 days, with a non-edible smooth rind of light yellow color. Very rich in calcium, making it suitable for the little cheese lovers. It has a distinctly typical flavor, yet delicate, with a firm white paste.
