The lessini goat cheese is made from raw goat milk sourced from pastures on the Lessini Mountains, long considered ideal places for the production of quality milk.
This cheese has a sweet, delicate milky flavor, with slight goat notes, good milky sensations leaning towards the vegetal and light hints of ripeness. Medium-aged, its paste is quite firm with small and rare holes.
The lessino goat cheese (which we present here in a portion of about 1kg) is great cut into cubes inside legume salads. Wonderful as a starter with skewers of cherry tomatoes and green olives and inside heated sandwiches. It pairs very well with structured white and sparkling wines and with medium-structured red wines.
