The chestnuts come from Lessinia in San Zeno di Montagna, a land that overlooks Lake Garda from above. The cheese of Piedmont origin is left to mature among chestnuts and chestnut leaves for about twenty days and absorbs all the typical underbrush sensations and the sweetness of the chestnut.
