The chestnuts come from the Lessinia of San Zeno di Montagna, a land that overlooks Lake Garda from above. The cheese of Piedmont origin is left to mature between chestnuts and chestnut leaves for about twenty days and absorbs all the typical feelings of the underbrush and the sweetness of the chestnut.
Ingredients: Cow's milk 70%, sheep's milk 30%, natural rennet, sea salt, chestnut leaves and chestnuts.

The flavor of this precious cheese is intense and at the same time gentle and elegant.
Its crumbly and compact texture has notes of sweetness derived from the chestnut it comes into contact with.
Perfect for delicious boards and fine appetizers. To pair with Nebbiolo d'Alba, or a good aromatic wine such as a slightly spicy Gewurtztraminer from South Tyrol.
Ottimo per taglieri sfiziosi e appetizer di pregio.
Da abbinare a Nebbiolo d'Alba, oppure un buon aromatico come ad esempio del Gewurtztraminer altoatesino leggermente speziato.
