This is a cheese made from whole cow's milk from cows grazing in high mountain meadows.
After coagulation and salting at about six weeks of age, the cheese is immersed in a liquid mixture of flowers, composed of hay, mallow, marigold, strawberry, rose.
At the end of the maturation, the cheese is dried on wooden boards.
