The Whole Pre-cooked Nebbie Salami from Salumificio Pedrazzoli is a salami with a strong flavor and represents one of the excellences of Italian cured meats. It is a mixture of ground pork meat with red wine, salt, black pepper, nutmeg, and other spices, the true secrets of the master artisans.
The aging process lasts about a year, after which it is cooked for six to eight hours in boiling water.
