The White Passito Jelly by Corrado Benedetti is a product of excellence. To produce the jelly, it's necessary to first heat the liquid component, which in this case is the White Passito, losing its alcoholic component and releasing the contained sugary part.
The wine is the core of the jelly because it is the base that releases its aromas and persistent flavor. The passito, with its notes of yellow fruit and honey, licorice, and spices, gives the jelly all the sweetness and intensity that make it so unique in its kind.
The Passito is a Noble Wine; of the typical brilliant golden-yellow color, often served at the end of a meal to accompany desserts and dry pastries, not everyone knows that it is also excellent for pairing with jams and preserves with a tangy aftertaste.

It is worth trying as an accompaniment to an excellent Gorgonzola DOP served by the spoon or with spicy cheeses. Great also with aged pecorinos.
Perfect for a sweet and tasty break with dried fruit or spoon desserts based on dark chocolate.
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, keep in the refrigerator between 0°C and +4°C and consume quickly.
