The White Passito Jelly by Corrado Benedetti is a product of excellence. To produce the jelly, it's necessary to first heat the liquid component, which in this case is the White Passito, losing its alcoholic component and releasing the contained sugary part. 

The wine is the core of the jelly because it is the base that releases its aromas and persistent flavor. The passito, with its notes of yellow fruit and honey, licorice, and spices, gives the jelly all the sweetness and intensity that make it so unique in its kind.
