Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely through mechanical processes.
This Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Contarina is a high-quality product. An oil that is truly exciting and deliberately presented in a beautiful label to enhance the intrinsic quality value of the product.
Produced in the olive groves in Valle di Mezzane, in the municipalities of Mezzane di Sotto and Illasi, in the northern hills of the province of Verona. This valley is a particularly unique climatic treasure ideal for oil production: a substrate of marl and sandstone, an unspoiled nature, a closed valley that maintains controlled temperatures throughout the year with excellent thermal fluctuations, especially during the fruit ripening period. This is an oil of the type called Doge (Casaliva Leccino). It presents a deep green color, creamy and persistent, with strong hints of vegetables, artichoke, and thistle.
