Meditating while chewing what was once cheese and is now a journey through green pastures, with eyes closed, is magic. Intense, harmonious, with floral notes and a hint of mint. It pairs well with a fresh aromatic wine. Excellent grated over meat, with a simple piece of bread, simply without boundaries.
The texture is slightly open, cream-colored with a greenish hue. The touch rediscovering nature and the pleasant sensation of mountain grass mingles with fermented residues. Semi-hard consistency.
