Made with goat milk, which brings a lot of flavor and delicacy, and aging in the caves of Antonio Carpenedo, this cheese is coated with a layer of natural beeswax that gives the paste a delightful velvety texture and a sweet and distinctive honey flavor. As it ages, this cheese develops incredibly enjoyable aromatic tones.
