The grape pomace from the fermentation of Amarone is collected still wet with the nectar that will become the great wine of Verona.
Then they are placed to ferment and subsequently into a still to extract the alcohol and all the typical scents and aromas that we find in the wine as well.

This grappa is produced with the pomace of Amarone at the end of pressing, just dried in the fruit drying rooms. A dry grappa with a good body, featuring a beautiful complexity of aromas and a pleasant freshness on the palate.
To be paired with cookies and dry cakes made with almonds or chocolate. As a digestif after a meal.
