The Salame Piemonte IGP by Quadro Carni e Salumi is a high-quality cured meat that carries the fragrances and flavors of the Piemonte region. The IGP certification for Salame Piemonte is the European recognition of the quality of a typical Piemonte recipe, dating back to the 1700s. 

Characteristics: made with the best pork from Piemonte farms, the mixture is enhanced with Langhe Nebbiolo DOC wine and a blend of selected spices, such as black peppercorns, cloves, garlic, and nutmeg.
These ingredients give it a unique appearance and taste: when sliced, it has a ruby red color, with a perfect balance between lean and fatty parts; soft and compact, the aroma is delicate, with hints of garlic and wine; the flavor is sweet and slightly spiced.
Aging period: 20/30 days.

Storage instructions: store in a cool, dry place, at a temperature of 15-18°C. Once sliced, it should be kept in the fridge at 4°C.
Shelf life: 150 days
