The Sul Lievito Valdobbiadene DOCG Sur Lie Prosecco by Adami spumanti is a premium prosecco, produced with grapes grown on the hills of the municipalities of Valdobbiadene, Vidor, and Farra di Soligo in the province of Treviso. This wine, with a straw yellow color, is endowed with a fine yet persistent perlage. A small curiosity about the name of this wine: "sur lie" means on the yeast, precisely due to its characteristic fermentation with selected yeasts. Its aroma is variable, depending on the moment: from fresh and fruity notes typical of prosecco detected at the end of fermentation, combined with the characteristic "bread crust", it gradually transitions to increasingly complex notes that arise from the wine’s contact with the yeast.

In the taste, as it happens with the aroma, gentle fruity flavors are sensed initially, coupled with delicate hints of yeast, while subsequently a greater complexity emerges. Generally, this wine is characterized by a dry taste and a pleasantly bitter finish.

It is advised to store the bottles upright in a cool and dark place and to avoid long stays in the refrigerator.
