The Chardonnay Brut Spumante from the Azienda Agricola Borgo Maragliano is a high-quality sparkling wine, produced with the extraordinary Chardonnay grapes grown in the Crevoglio vineyard in Loazzolo, in the province of Asti, right in the heart of the Piedmont Langhe. This wine is characterized by a brilliant straw-yellow color and a fine perlage.
The aroma is strong and brings out a pleasant and comforting ripeness. The taste is also strong, but also soft and balanced.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
The Chardonnay Brut Sparkling Wine from the Azienda Agricola Borgo Maragliano is ideal for accompanying appetizers made with fish or fresh cheeses.
In addition, it pairs really well with a hot appetizer of vegetables and puff pastry.
The ideal service temperature is about 10-12° C, and the recommended type of glass is a fairly wide white wine glass.
