Caciottina with truffle 200g

It is a truffle caciotta cheese. Fresh cheese with a slight holey texture made from cow's milk. Inside, it contains pieces of truffle: Tuber aestivum coming from Umbria. This is a product that must be brought to room temperature before consumption after being taken out of the fridge. Very aromatic and flavorful.

La Casara Roncolato, Veneto

Amid the hills of Roncà, beneath the ancient volcano of Calvarina, begins the story of the Roncolato family and their cheese factory. In the 1920s in Brenton, Ermenegildo with his sons Angelo and Romano, started their cheese-making activity. Green pastures that climb up to the highest peaks of the Lessini Mountains, the Small Veronese Dolomites. Since '64 the cheese factory has been taken over by Romano, who named it La Casara. This long tradition continues today with his children Giovanni, Gildo, and Letizia and has become one of the most important and refined quality realities in the Veneto and Italian production landscape. Giovanni has been the true promoter of the revival of the DOP Veronese Monte Veronese and has especially sought to bring young people back to the Veronese mountains to reclaim the tradition of the mountain dairies. Today La Casara is highly awarded in international competitions and offers a wide range of cheeses of its own production including cow, goat, and sheep cheeses. Over time Giovanni has become a refined selector of cheeses from all over the world and here we present some of them to you. La Casara also has its own production of cured meats thanks to free-range farming in the lands of Brenton, from which comes the famous and rare soppressa. Authentic flavors, typicality, and genuineness are the fundamental characteristics of this beautiful Italian reality.
