The flora of the pastures of Lessinia is said to be one of the best in Europe, thanks to its proximity to Lake Garda.

The mountain cheeses from these areas are particularly fragrant and yellow.

Malga Novezza is made only with summer milk from the malghe located among these mountains and pastures.

Aged between 4 and 12 months, the flavor is strong, sweet, savory, with a nice sensation of dried fruit and a finish of almond milk. Very creamy on the palate.
