Use this Pistachio and Cashew Sauce to dress some paccheri, with a sprinkle of citrus as a final touch: you'll have a quick, fresh, and delicious dish.
For a slightly more elaborate recipe: sauté some shrimp with a splash of brandy, then transfer them to a plate and keep warm, add the pistachio and cashew sauce to the cooking liquid and toss the pasta. Finally, garnish each plate with the warmed shrimp.
It’s also perfect for main courses: spread on fish fillets before baking or with pan-cooked white meats. But it's also great on its own, on crostini or as a dip for an aperitif with friends.
