Hot sauce with chillies and ginger 90g: use in the kitchen

The Spicy sauce with chili peppers and ginger from I vasetti di Riccardo, with its intense flavor, gives a refreshing kick to your dishes.
Ginger and chili together have a very exotic aroma: use the sauce to dress some rice noodles or to add that extra touch to yogurt chicken.
Try it with your favorite selection of cheeses, a pairing that will surprise you. But just a teaspoon is enough to elevate even the simplest recipe like spaghetti with tomato sauce.
