This red wine comes from the Campania region, produced by the Vigne Storte winery, which owns about 10 hectares of land. Hard work, dedication, attention to the vineyards and production bring to life a product rich in flavors, aromas, and of high quality.
The red wine follows a vinification process in steel with a resting period of 20/25 days on the skins. Fermentation occurs at a temperature of 15-17°. The aging takes place in steel, then in barrique for 2 months, followed by further aging in steel and bottling for another 6 months.
