The Falanghina from Vigne Storte, as the young producers say, "those who drink our Falanghina should know that it is made with real things: of work, of laughter, of difficult days, and of evenings spent with friends and good wine".
The vineyards are located on silty and clayey soils at an altitude of about 200 meters. Harvest takes place in the first decade of October, and vinification is carried out after soft pressing in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of about 17°C. The aging takes place in steel for another 6 months and then in bottle for another 4 months.
Alcohol 13% Vol.

Sebastiano and Filomeno are used to saying that: "Every time we open a bottle of our Falanghina, we sense aromas that most belong to us. The scent of the early hours of dawn, when the vines need to be tidied up, and the evenings of autumn, when a day ends with the conviction of having done a good job".
This Falanghina has aromas of white flowers and yellow fruits like peach. On the palate, it has a nice expressiveness and a lovely straightforwardness with a predominant savory component and a nice freshness. The finish is pleasantly peachy.
Pairings: Blue fish from the sea, white meats, vegetable dishes, typical dishes from the Sannio cuisine such as the minestra maritata.
