Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, sugar, milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa beans, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), candied fruit (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), water, egg yolk, honey, salt, vanilla.
Glaze: sugar, raw almonds, egg white, apricot kernels, hazelnuts, rice flour, potato starch, granulated sugar, cocoa, powdered sugar.
May contain traces of nuts, pistachios, sesame, and peanuts.

As a pairing, we recommend a wine made from white grapes, fruity and aromatic, delicately sweet, fresh, and possibly sparkling.
