The Bresaola De Baita Punta d’Anca from Salumificio Sosio is an exceptional cured meat that rivals the prestigious IGP. 

The De Baita represents, in fact, the flagship product of the renowned Valtellina salami maker. For this salami, only the best anatomical cuts are chosen, the punta d’anca, which is the best cut from the beef thigh.

Characteristics: boneless meat obtained from the hindquarters of adult cattle. Gluten-free and lactose-free.
Curing time:  21/35 days
