The Extravirgin Olive Oil Dorica "Fruttato Verde" Il Semidana Monocultivar is a cultivar obtained exclusively from olives of the Semidana variety, which is present throughout Sardinia and particularly widespread in the central area. It has been selected by Accademia Olearia among its productions to be one of the key players in the project to enhance the typical cultivars of Sardinia.
The Semidana is a monocultivar that expresses an extra virgin oil with light bitter notes, hints of golden apple, almond, and a strong touch of spiciness, which then lingers pleasantly on the palate.
Supply chain guarantee: The harvest, done with the aid of mechanical means, is carried out exclusively directly from the tree, without collecting the olives that have fallen to the ground, when the fruit is in a state of medium ripening.
