The term Fini Fini originates in the 14th century, when the Marchigian bishops brought their favorite dish, angel hair pasta, to the Council of Trent; it was so delicate that at the moment they ate it they said, “it’s so fine that it melts in your mouth.”
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, fresh eggs (33.4%), 00 wheat flour.
