The Lucifero di Arrigoni (which we present to you on this page in 1/16 of a shape weighing about 750g) is a blue cheese excellent when paired with dried fruits and autumn fruits such as pears, grapes, apples, or figs, but also with fresh fruits turned into jam. You can also try it with dried bananas, quince jam, or dried plums, or simply paired with some excellent balsamic vinegar.
Flavor: sweet and slightly spicy due to the presence of chili.
Crust: compact, rough, hard with a gray/pink color, not edible.
Paste: white or straw-colored, buttery and melting, marbled due to mold development, with the presence of chili of the typical red color.
