Additionally, he begins to select excellent products from the Italian territory but remains very connected to the world of spices and related items. The company consolidates in Manzano (UD) and over time gains recognition. In 2009, he prepared the breakfasts for the G8 in Rome. In 2011, he received the Gambero Rosso award in the ranking of Fruit Preserves. Today, Alessandro is recognized as one of the best producers and selectors of peppers, salts, extra jams, wine jellies, fruit and vegetable mustards, spicy spreads, and sugars. Oh, and let's not underestimate the search for a design that could best express the Italian lifestyle at the table.
