The Riserva Vino Nobile di Montepulciano BIO DOCG 2016 from the winery Salcheto is a wine vinified using the "Governo Toscano" method made from slightly overripe Sangiovese Prugnolo Gentile grapes that undergo drying; it ages for 24 months in large and small barrels, and then matures for at least 12 months in glass.
