Grapes: Made from the finest selected Aglianico del Vulture grapes vinified in white and Greco harvested by hand.
Production Area: Vineyards owned located at the foothills of Vulture. Rionero in Vulture area.
Winemaking: The freshly hand-picked grapes in small boxes arrive at the winery, where they are quickly destemmed and gently pressed to extract only the noblest and most aromatic fractions from the berry. The must is immediately separated from the skins and filtered to prevent it from acquiring color. The fermentation, at controlled temperature, takes place in refrigerated stainless steel autoclaves. The aging on the lees lasts for 180 days, during which periodic daily stirring is done to allow the sparkling wine to harmonize with all the noble aromas of the yeasts.
Aging: After bottling, our sparkling wine rests in the dark in a cellar in fine bottles for at least 90 days.
Alcohol Content: 13% Vol.
