The Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOP from Vini La Quercia pairs very well with white ragù and mushrooms, roasts.
In particular, we recommend pairing it with the following typical dish: chitarra with pallottine.
It shows violet hues, an intense and typical aroma of this grape variety, flavorful and full-bodied.
