The Ready Risotto with red shrimp from Mazara and asparagus tips by Riso Goio comes from the collaboration between the Piedmontese company and the starred chef Claudio Prandi.
Claudio Prandi's line of risottos stems from the need to cook a good risotto in a short time (17 minutes) without the necessity of having expertise with the stove.
Claudio Prandi, after obtaining two Michelin stars, accepted Riso Goio's challenge by creating gourmet recipes and managing to balance flavors with a skillful dosage of dehydrated raw materials.
Ingredients: Goio Sant'Andrea DOP rice (92%), fish broth without glutamate: (salt, potato starch, mollusks, dehydrated fish and crustaceans: cod, blue fish, shrimp, crab, squid 14%, potato maltodextrins, yeast extract, sunflower oil, dehydrated vegetables: onion, carrot, garlic; natural flavors, spices), freeze-dried asparagus tips (1.6%), dehydrated tomato, freeze-dried Mediterranean red shrimp by Rosso di Mazara (origin Italy 0.7%), dehydrated onion, dehydrated lemon.

The Ready Risotto with red shrimp from Mazara and asparagus tips by Riso Goio is a product to be consumed after cooking.
Preparation tips: Pour the contents of the jar into a pot. Put 3 jars of water in another pot and bring to a boil. Heat the rice for about 20 seconds. Add the boiling water and cook over medium heat for 17 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Optional: add a tablespoon of EVO oil. Let it rest for 1 minute and serve hot.
Ideal to enjoy with a white wine or dry sparkling wine.
Storage instructions: it is sensitive to humidity and heat, and must be stored in dry and ventilated places. Avoid direct exposure to very intense light sources.
