The Panissa Vercellese with Riso Goio is a delicious unique dish that can be paired with a glass of good red wine.
Preparation tips: pour the contents of the jar into a pot; put 3 jars of water into another pot and bring to a boil; when the water is boiling, toast the rice for about 20 seconds; add the boiling water all at once and cook over moderate heat for 17 minutes; stir occasionally; let it rest for 1 minute.
Optional: stir in 2 knobs of butter and 2 tablespoons of Parmigiano, mix vigorously, serve hot.
