'Nduja 500g

Ambassador and pride of Made in Calabria, the 'Nduja is the quintessential Calabrian salami, known and consumed all over the world.
The 'Nduja is an atypical cured meat, due to its soft and creamy consistency that makes it a spreadable salami rather than one to be sliced.
Originally born as a poor food made from the scraps and offal of pigs, the 'Nduja has evolved over time to become a fundamental ingredient in many recipes.
The 'Nduja is produced through the careful selection and grinding of fatty parts of the pig (pancetta, guanciale, lardello) and trimmings of lean parts, to which salt and the unmistakable flavor of Calabrian red chili pepper are added, as a key element of a good 'Nduja.
