The Pecorino fresco with 'Nduja from Casa Folino is a cheese typical of Calabrian tradition due to the 'Nduja from Spilinga contained within it.
It is produced with pasteurized sheep's milk and 'Nduja, and then placed in molds for aging, which varies from 20 to 60 days.
It has a round shape, with a woven rind, in a golden-yellow color; a compact paste tending to straw-yellow interspersed with a thick layer of 'Nduja.
Ingredients: PASTEURIZED sheep's milk, 'Nduja from Spilinga (13% ingredients: pork fat, pork meat, sweet and spicy chili, salt, natural aromas, spices), rennet, salt. Inedible rind.
