Visciola and Syrup by Luca Tenti is an exquisite product made with whole visciole processed within a few hours of harvest.
The freshly picked visciole are selected and then immediately processed. The whole fruits are added with sugar and placed in closed containers. A maceration phase occurs between the visciole and the sugar, naturally producing a sweet syrup. The product is then jarred and pasteurized.

Visciola and Syrup by Luca Tenti is nothing less than fruit in syrup in a jar. The visciole are whole with the pit, and the pulp has a firm texture and a tangy flavor.
The syrup, obtained naturally, is slightly sweet with hints of visciola. Compared to other similar products, the sugar content is reduced, making it less cloying and more pleasant.
It is excellent paired with ice creams and spoon desserts, but also goes well with cheeses and dairy products in general.
