The sour cherry jam is made using exclusively the sour cherries from Luca Tenti's farm, processed within a few hours of harvesting.
The freshly harvested sour cherries are selected and then immediately processed. The fruits are strained and, without adding any other ingredients, they are then jarred and pasteurized.

The color is a deep red with evident violet reflections, typical of the fruit. The consistency is creamy.
On the palate, the true acidic nature of the visciola stands out with slight sweet nuances.
It is excellent for breakfasts, as a topping for desserts, or paired with cheeses and dairy products in general.
Given its low sugar content, it can also be paired with meats and stews in general. We recommend this jam even for those with glycemia or sugar issues in general, considering the presence of only 16g of sugar per 100g of product.
