The Pecorino Bagnolese scamosciato from Milk Coop has a delicate flavor suitable for all palates, a light straw color, and a slight eyeing.
It is produced with milk from the Pecora Bagnolese, also known as Malvizza. The genuineness of the product is linked to these sheep! The reason? The Malvizza sheep are allowed to roam freely and feed on what nature offers them along the paths of the Irpinian pastures.
The cheese is left to rest in well-ventilated cells with controlled temperature for a period of about 3 months.
