The Vegetarian Paella from Riso Goio is a delicious unique dish for 4 people.
To best prepare this paella, 2 pots and a bit of water are needed!
In the first pot, pour the contents of the jar.
In a second pot, put the equivalent of 3 jars of water and bring to a boil.
When the water is boiling, turn on the heat under the pot where we poured our rice and let it toast for about 20 seconds. Add all the boiling water at once and cook over moderate heat for 17 minutes; stir occasionally; let it rest for 1 minute.
Cream with a spoonful of Parmigiano Reggiano (it's a vegetarian Paella so you can!) and a knob of butter, serve hot.
The ideal accompaniment is a Prosecco or, in general, a gentle white wine with bubbles and low alcohol content.
It fears humidity and heat, it must be stored in dry and ventilated places. Avoid direct exposure to very intense light sources.

Because not everyone is cut out for the kitchen and this vegetarian paella is the perfect ingredient for those evenings when we want to impress without putting too much effort into the preparation, which are the same evenings when the bottle of Prosecco has already finished before the cooking :)
