The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP Bronze Seal from Acetaia Marchi has a harmonious, smooth, and acetic flavor. It boasts an intense aroma, with fresh fruity notes, and on the palate, it is perceived with pleasantly pungent hints.
It presents itself with its unmistakable dark brown color, clear and brilliant.
It is obtained by mixing cooked musts from some local grape varieties and a small addition of an excellent Wine vinegar.
The splendid result derived from this blend is aged in ancient oak barrels, to achieve the excellent product passed down from our ancestors.
Initially, it was great-grandfather Francesco Marchi who started the production of vinegar for personal use and for a few close friends.
