A prized product, with an intense and tendentially sweet flavor. The truffle caciocavallo is rigorously produced using traditional techniques by Master Cheesemaker Pasquale Nigro of Milk Coop.
After adding the truffle flakes, the caciocavallo is shaped into its classic form.
