The expert cheesemakers at Milk Coop have been working with Malvizza milk for generations and produce pecorino bagnolese according to the traditional methods passed down.
With the addition of salt and whole pepper, the peppered scamosciato pecorino features a straw-yellow color, complemented by various specks of pepper. The aging of this cheese is about 3 months, giving the soft texture a consistency that allows for thin or thick cuts, depending on personal preferences.
