The expert cheesemakers of Milk Coop have been working with Malvizza milk for generations and produce pecorino bagnolese according to the passed-down tradition.
With the addition of salt and whole pepper, the peppery scamosciato pecorino presents itself with a straw yellow color, complemented by various specks of pepper. The aging of this cheese is about 3 months, giving the soft paste a consistency that allows for either thin or thick cuts, depending on personal preferences.
