The Artisan Chocolate Colomba made by Master Pastry Chef Michele Somma in Santa Maria La Carità (NA) is produced exclusively with mother yeast and all its ingredients are completely natural, containing no additives, GMOs, or preservatives.
The hours of fermentation make it extremely fluffy. It presents itself as a soft and buttery colomba.

The Chocolate Artisan Colomba from Pasticceria la Delizia is made with a soft and light dough that engages the senses through a succession of tactile and olfactory sensations.
As a pairing, we recommend a wine made from white grapes, fruity and aromatic, delicately sweet, fresh, and possibly sparkling. A good Gewurtztraminer or a Lugana DOC can be suitable, but alongside a Franciacorta or a Valdobbiadene, the result is more... festive!
