Storage methods: at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
Shelf life: 5 days at room temperature, 7 days in the refrigerator.
The Pastiera is made fresh at the time of purchase, which is why the waiting time is about 5/7 days, but we assure you that it will be worth it!
The Neapolitan Pastiera artisan from Pasticceria La Delizia has an unmistakable taste, the use of raw materials and their freshness make this product unique in its kind.
The crust is crunchy while the filling is soft. The color is a very intense golden yellow.
As a pairing, we suggest a sweet wine or a passito, to best enhance the flavor of this product.
